IN 2018, CONGRESS APPROPRIATED $380 MILLION FOR ELECTION TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES.

STATES MUST SPEND THE MONEY ON SECURE VOTING SYSTEMS THAT PROVIDE PAPER BALLOTS & STRONG AUDITS

WATCH AND SHARE: A hacker only needs 1 minute to change election results in 24 states.

Cyber security experts agree: America’s computerized voting technology is aging, outdated, and highly vulnerable to undetectable rigging as well as hacking, both domestic and foreign.

The Bipartisan Alliance to Secure Elections (BASE) is the only national movement uniting across party lines to defend American elections from manipulation that undermines our system of governance, and erodes faith in our institutions.

We are citizens, organizations,  lawmakers, computer scientists and elections officials putting country before party to achieve achieve common sense, urgently needed election reforms.

We support state’s rights and promote their immediate implementation of democratic best practices, including voter verified, paper based voting systems that are secured through robust public audits.
